Vikas Dubey is a gangster who is held responsible for killing of 8 policemen in an encounter in kanpur and 60 other murder , kidnapping,robbery etc.. Following points must be considered before reaching any final conclusion-
- Firstly, why would the police do an encounter at night even when they knew that it is highly dangerous against a big gangster . (Were they already planning to kill him due to any political pressure,as he had connection with many political parties?) He was accused of 60 cases from 1991 to 2020 , why did at a certain night the sudden urge to arrest him aroused within police ??
- Secondly,the next morning his house was amolished. (It is not legal for the government to demolish anyone's property without giving him prior notice and the case must be presented in high court and after the notice of the judge only the building can be demolished 🧐 , so, can this be considered jungle Raj of UP?)
- His cousin brother who travelled in police vehicle was killed by an encounter at the night , I am not sure but maybe he was being taken to police station..(what is the logic to take a criminal to police station at night, and the police gives a statement that the criminal tried to flee by snatching their gun, obviously why would one snatch a gun of a policemen when he knew that he cannot handle more policemen than him?🧐)
- Vikas Dubey fled across many states and police could not do anything ..(inefficiency of police👌) . I dont think that police would be able to catch him if he would not have voluntarily disclosed his identity at the ujjain mandir . The MP POLICE arrested him in the daylight around afternoon .. but why did UP POLICE not come to take him in day , and in night ,they have a sudden urge to arrest him(shows the real dedication of police😂)
- And most importantly , the media was following the vehicle in which he was being taken be police. But in a police checking ,the media was stopped and the police vehicle was alone travelling.(WHY?)
- THE police in the morning gives a statement that the car crashed and turned half upside down and vikas Dubey tried to run by snatching their gun(same story with a twist? ) …
- How can one flee from a turned vehicle ?
- Vikas dubey's one leg was malfunctioning, he didn't even walked properly.
- He voluntarily made himself arrested ,only to again flee from police. He could also flee otherwise if he wanted to .
- Is it so ease to turn upside down a Scorpio , police is Rohit Shetty I guess
Conclusion - I am not in support of any gangster, he deserved a good punishment for his crimes . But it is the court in India who decides that what punishment should be given to whom .. ACTUALLY THE GOVERNMENT OR THE POLITICIANS DO NOT WANT HIM TO BE PRESENTED IN THE COURT OTHERWISE HE MAY HAVE GIVEN STATEMENT ABOUTTHE POLITICIANS BLACK FACES IN FRONT OF COURT,AND MAJORITY OF POLICEMEN, POLITICIANS WOUKD HAVE BEEN EXPOSED. SO WHAT CAN BE BETTER THAN AN ENCOUNTER?
