But? are we wasting milk as shown in this picture??
No, we don't… Here you go
Can you see this… yeah, the milk offered by the devotees to shivling is being saved in a Huge Vessel and the milk goes to the kitchen, boiled and then offered to the devotees.
Most of the temples follow this and no one is aware.
2. This One…
- Abhishekam is common In all the temples all over the world and there's a scientific reason behind abhishekam
- Temples don't waste milk, again yeah they don't waste, devotees offer milk to the temple and priests take little quantity and then its sent back for other preparation like sweet, Pongal etc.
And other items used for abhishekam like curd, ghee, honey, sugar, fruits, they don't waste and they offer it to devotees again called “Panchamirtham”
Feed The hunger???
okay, The post says to feed the Hunger, not Statues.
But the same temple offers mass feeding to the poor on a regular basis.
And all the needy have food there on time without any hassle.
Every day the temples offer prasadam to the people and not to god.
What makes me Sadder is,
Confused Hindus, Fooling themselves as Seculars and Defend such acts.
- Yes, there are many confused Hindus who blindly share this kind of posts, and Hurt us. If you question them you'll be called superstitious and get bashed from their half-knowledge.
- They'll Happily wear Christmas/Santa caps and roam, take selfies, update it on Fb, but will be ashamed to apply “THILAK” on the forehead and if someone with Thilak they'll make fun of you.
- They'll mock our festivals and practices like Ganesh Visarjan as we all know their repeated dialogue - Its harmful to the Environment.
- Diwali - They’ll share and post about Air and Noise pollution, ask them about the Initiative taken to control pollution they'll be blank.
- For few Confused Hindus, Ramayana and Mahabharatha are Fake.
and if you try to prove them wrong and win the debate with facts, they'll start attacking you personally.
Because i have faced such situation from friends and one-day They'll realise what Hinduism is.
You are free to follow and celebrate other festivals, but don't mock or hurt us like this.
And i will write an answer about that to the question. What are the things that make Hindus Happy In India?
That One Day will Surely Come. =)
